Molly immediately offered to lead me through a heart-centered guided meditation.
It was an amazing experience that helped me become more aware of my body and focused on the individual parts of my whole being in safe space. Molly made me feel safe, supported, and understood throughout the entire meditation and I am grateful to have had that experience.
